1. Introduction

Welcome to Tara Jane Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (www.tarajanecoaching.co.uk) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)and  all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms and conditions are for all services (including but not exclusive to) courses, coaching and digital products purchased from Tara Jane Coaching.

2. The Terms

By accessing this Tara Jane Coaching, and all services that are provided as part of that, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use.

3. Services Provided

Tara Jane Coaching provides online, video call and in person business coaching services, including courses, webinars, one-on-one sessions, group coaching and downloadable materials (collectively, the “Services”).

All Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued, without notice, at the discretion of Tara Jane Coaching.

Any descriptions of Services on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer, contract or service provision unless explicitly stated.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and by using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

5. Use License

5.1 Permission is granted, upon purchase or when freely supplied, to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Tara Jane Coaching website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

5.2 This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) modify or copy the materials;
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial, personal or any non-commercial);
c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Tara Jane Coaching website;
d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

5.3 This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic, digital, saved, scanned or printed format.

6. Registration and Account

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Payment and Fees

Fees for our Services are displayed on our website or communicated during the booking process. Payment must be made in advance of any service or product provision, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments through any of the methods indicated on our website. Payments will be made in pound sterling (GBP). Where required an exchange rate will be set by your payment provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.  

Tara Jane Coaching is not registered for UK VAT (or other sales taxes) and as such all prices should be taken to be inclusive of UK VAT (or other sales taxes)  (if applicable) unless stated otherwise.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

1. Within 7 working days of purchase providing that the service has not been used, opened, accessed, shared or downloaded in any way.
2. Your refund will be processed by us within 14 workings days of agreeing the refund.
3. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method and no other option will be offered.

Refunds for digital products are only available if the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.

Cancellation of coaching services must be provided in writing with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Refund eligibility for cancelled sessions will depend on your specific service agreement.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, phone number and payment information to provide our Services.

Data Usage: Your data will only be used to deliver our Services, process payments and communicate with you about your bookings, services or updates.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your data with trusted third-party providers (e.g., payment processors) in order to facilitate our Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including written materials, videos, images, branding, content and designs, is the intellectual property of Tara Jane Coaching.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or results of our coaching services.

Tara Jane Coaching makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Tara Jane Coaching does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, of the materials and/or services provided by Tara Jane Coaching, and available on the Tara Jane Coaching website, even if Tara Jane Coaching has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations will not and do not apply to you upon acceptance of these terms of use.

Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services. 

13. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Tara Jane Coaching website may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. Tara Jane Coaching does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Tara Jane Coaching may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Tara Jane Coaching does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

14. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services responsibly and not engage in conduct that may harm us, other users, or any third parties. You must not use our Services for any unlawful, unethical, immoral or fraudulent purpose of any kind.

Tara Jane Coaching has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the website or business represented by Tara Jane Coaching. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose your personal or business information without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Should you require an additional Non-Disclosure Agreement, you will be required to provide this (and at your own cost) and Tara Jane Coaching will not unreasonable withhold agreement.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any and all outstanding fees.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Any claim relating to the Tara Jane Coaching website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, the home jurisdiction of Tara Jane Coaching, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Changes to Terms

Tara Jane Coaching may revise these Terms and Conditions for its website at any time without notice and we reserve the right to do so. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and by using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
